Call a Mesa Wrongful Death Lawyer
A Mesa wrongful death attorney may look at the scene of this accident or the police report and determine that the family of the pedestrian has a valid claim. After talking to witnesses and comparing statements to the police report, it may be that even if the pedestrian was somewhat at fault that the driver was at fault, too. Right now, with the information we currently have it is too soon to tell. What is not too soon to know is that the family of the pedestrian would be smart to talk to an experienced lawyer.
